In the footsteps of those who bring new skills to the industry. Follow Allison, she joined Renault Group 4 years ago following a professional reconversion. This career change was also an opportunity for her to discover new professions. After having first worked on combustion engines, she is now in charge of the new electric motors at the Cléon Megafactory in northern France.
