Claire Fanget
Chief People & Organisation Officer, Renault Group
Graduated from the University of Rouen in 1995 with a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources, Claire Fanget joined Renault Group in 1996 and held several positions within the Human Resources function in manufacturing sites.
Starting in 2008, she took on responsibilities as Human Resources Director in various areas of the company.
In 2021, she was appointed Human Resources Director for the Europe Cluster and for Renault’s global Sales & Marketing function.
In 2022, she became Human Resources Director of the Renault brand and joined the Renault brand Management Committee.
