
Fabrice Cambolive
Fabrice Cambolive began his career at Renault in 1992, holding senior Sales & Marketing positions across Europe, Russia, and Latin America. His international experience includes key markets such as Spain, Germany, Russia, and Brazil, where he served as CEO of Renault Brazil. Over the past decade, Fabrice has led strategic operations across major global regions.
In 2021, Fabrice Cambolive was nominated Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations for the Renault brand, in charge of deploying the Renaulution strategic plan and leading the brand’s business model transformation.
Appointed CEO Renault Brand in 2023 and member of the Renault Group Leadership Team, he led the company’s transition toward becoming a global, electrified tech brand, with 15 new model launches planned between 2023 and 2025.
As of September 1, 2025, Fabrice Cambolive is appointed Chief Growth Officer, in addition to his role as CEO of Renault brand. He reports to the CEO of Renault Group and remains a member of the Leadership Team.
In this role, Fabrice Cambolive oversees both Renault and Dacia brands, ensuring a unified strategy to maximize revenue across key markets. He also leads the Group’s international growth strategy, focusing on priority markets such as India, Latin America, and South Korea. Additionally, he’s responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience across all brand touchpoints—digital, marketing, dealer network, after-sales, retail, and financial services.
