Located in Guyancourt (Yvelines), the Technocentre is one of the leading automotive research and development centers in Europe. Designed to encourage collaboration and innovation, it brings together more than 9,000 employees representing all automotive conception professions: design, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and more. As the true heart of innovation within Renault Group, it is where the vehicles of the Renault, Dacia, and Alpine brands are created, as well as the mobility services of tomorrow.
The Technocentre plays a key role in delivering the Group’s strategic plan and embodies the technological DNA of Renault Group.

For nearly 30 years, the Technocentre has continuously evolved in step with the transformation of vehicles and the growing integration of digital tools used in their development. To best meet customer expectations, Technocentre teams work in constant collaboration with Renault Group’s Design and Engineering centers located around the world.
Dedicated to innovation and research, the site was designed to bring together the full spectrum of professions involved in the development of new vehicles.
Thanks to the contribution of new technologies (AI, digitalisation, etc.) combined with state‑of‑the‑art equipment (immersive simulators, video walls, digital validation tools), teams are able to design, test and validate new vehicles.
The site’s architectural layout is built around the three major phases of vehicle development: early‑stage studies, project development and prototype production.
The Technocentre is currently completing an extensive renovation program that has reimagined workspaces, adding more collaborative zones as well as open, shared individual areas that foster creativity and teamwork.

Quality of life at the Technocentre is central to its layout, which resembles a small town where everything is accessible on foot.
The diversity of indoor and outdoor landscaping, punctuated by water features, makes it a true living environment.
