Follow Patrick and learn more about the job of Global Master Trainer at Renault Group!
With the Manufacturing Academy, Patrick trains Local Master Trainers by teaching them Renault Group’s method to meet the same quality standards whether the car is produced in France, Turkey, Brazil or another country. After training at the Global Training Center to learn the movements, the Master Trainers will be able to train the trainees in their own department and support the operators in increasing their skills in different trades.
