Renault: creative advertising that shines on screen

Published on

On the sidelines of the IAA Mobility 2023 show in Munich, where Renault was exhibiting its latest vehicles and its "electro-pop" creative expertise on two different stands, the film "The Store" was awarded the Grand Prize in the category of advertising films longer than 60 seconds at the AutoVision Awards 2023. This award recognises Renault's excellent creative health and also highlights the work of all the teams involved in Renault's day-to-day operations.

The script of the film "The Store" draws a moving parallel, over more than a century, between the evolution of a business run by the same family from generation to generation and the various Renault commercial vehicles used in their business.

This film follows in the footsteps of the brand's recent emotional creations. Renault has chosen to address its customers by evoking societal trends. This is the inspiration behind an impressive collection of awards for many recent campaigns.

This latest accolade, following on from those received at the famous Cannes Lions, is further recognition of our efforts to create value. It brings a new level of attention to a commercial vehicle offering that is undergoing a revolution.

Multi-award-winning creations for the third year running

Last June, Renault was the most awarded brand in the automotive sector at the Cannes Lions 2023 Festival of Creativity. It won 1 Grand Prix, 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and 3 Bronzes for four different campaigns.

Renault was also the third most awarded brand across all sectors at the annual Art Directors Club competition, with 3 Silver and 6 Bronze awards across seven different Renault campaigns.

In 2022, Renault has already been awarded 4 Bronzes at Cannes Lions. In 2021, three Silvers at the Shots Awards 2021, as well as two Bronzes at the London International Awards and a Bronze at the Club des Directeurs Artistiques, rewarded the inventiveness and creativity of the brand's campaigns.
