In 2017, the Alpine A110 brought the Alpine brand back to life. Following a brilliant career spanning nine years, this iconic model is set to take its final bow in mid-2026. And it is bidding farewell in a big way. To mark the event, Alpine has designed a version of the Alpine A110 that hits all the superlatives. Read on to find out more.
This Alpine A110 is the last ICE Alpine, the end of an era
As its name suggests, the Alpine A110 R Ultime is the last second-generation Alpine A110. Unveiled in 2017, the model is bowing out in style. Production in Dieppe is scheduled to come to a definitive end in mid-2026.

This is a version sized for performance
The Alpine A110 R Ultime is around 20 seconds faster than the Alpine A110 R on the iconic Nürburgring Nordschleife track in Germany. That says it all. To achieve these times, this latest model gains new running gear. The Ohlins TTX dampers feature height adjustment and two-way hydraulic adjustment for compression and rebound. The 18-inch wheels at the front and 19-inch wheels at the rear are one-piece, forged from a single piece of steel to optimise the sprung mass. The tyres are Michelin PS2 CUP, developed specially for the A110 R Ultime. Finally, the new DCT6 gearbox increases torque to 420 Nm, 80 Nm more than the A110 R.

This is a street-legal sports car
The A110 R Ultime is, quite simply, a sports car with racing in its genes. Its design and development involved the expertise of an experienced test driver and the collaboration of the best partners in motorsports. From a technical standpoint, the brake discs are larger than on the A110 R with pads borrowed from the world of motorsports. The engine’s connecting rods are designed for motorsports, while mapping has been optimised for a 102 RON octane rating.

This is a model of bespoke customisation
Unique. A fitting description for the A110 R Ultime in more ways than one. Alongside its exceptional technical characteristics, it offers a virtually infinite range of configurations to satisfy every preference and requirement expressed by customers. For this model, Atelier Alpine (Alpine’s customisation workshop) is implementing a programme of ultra-personalisation, with a choice of 27 body colours, 10 shades of semi-aniline finish leather and 14 of Alcantara. Customers can also opt to paint a number of carbon body components in the same shade as the bodywork.

This is more than an Alpine A110, this is the Alpine A110 R Ultime
The A110 R Ultime is part of the history of Alpine and also of french motorsports. It marks the end of an era. The future Alpine A110 will be 100% electric. The A110 R Ultime will remain the last and most powerful A110 in history to be powered by a combustion engine.
