Mobilize Financial Services contributes to the financing of sustainable automotive mobility. The goal is to go beyond the ‘car’ as a product to develop the mobility value chain, notably by shifting from vehicle sales to selling kilometers through usage-based offers. As the financial partner of Renault Group brands, it supports this transition by offering a comprehensive range of solutions designed to simplify the lives of individual customers, professionals, and Renault Group network members. Established 100 years ago, Mobilize Financial Services serves a portfolio of over 4 million clients.
Mobilize, writing the future of mobility
Founded by Renault Group in January 2021, Mobilize is a next-gen automotive brand, taking user needs as the starting point to develop new solutions in both vehicles and services. Delivering flexible mobility solutions, encompassing electric vehicles, energy, connectivity and financing, Mobilize is helping individuals and businesses to adopt more sustainable mobility practices.

Offering more sustainable vehicles designed for services
Faced with mobility challenges in urban and peri-urban areas, Mobilize is launching in 2024 two 100% electric, safe, compact, and connected vehicles for individuals and professionals:
- Duo, available in two versions, with or without a driving licence;
- and Bento, the LCV version with a load capacity of 1m3.
These are the first Renault Group vehicles equipped with a digital key. Duo has its own smartphone app, and Bento offers fleet management services for professionals. Like a smartphone, they are simple, smart, and connected.
Designed with more than 40% recycled materials, they follow an eco-friendly approach. Built for the city, they stand out for their safety, exceptional agility, and small footprint.

Supporting new mobility needs
Mobilize provides shared vehicles for occasional mobility needs. The vehicles (city cars, saloons, estate cars, vans, etc.) are available from dealerships for short-term rental, from dedicated pick-up points on a self-service basis using the Mobilize Share app, or from partner sites.
To support business users, Mobilize implements a range of technological solutions for sharing vehicles (via glide.io) and optimising fleet management (via Mobilize Fleet Data and Mobilize Fleet Connect).

Facilitating the transition to electric vehicles
Mobilize makes vehicle charging easier, at home, at work or on the road. The range of services includes Mobilize Power Solutions (consultancy, design, installation, maintenance, financing), Mobilize Smart Charge and Mobilize Power to optimise home charging (V2G, bi-directional charging), and Mobilize Charge Pass, which provides access to over 700,000 charge points across Europe.
Mobilize also gives a second life to electric vehicle batteries by developing renewable energy storage solutions. Their lifespan is thereby extended by 10 to 15 years before recycling.

Building an ecosystem of mobility expertise
Mobilize also draws upon the expertise of its ventures to expand its portfolio of solutions and jointly develop services tailored to customer needs:
- bipi: a used vehicle subscription platform
- Zity by Mobilize: a car-sharing service for electric vehicles.
Mobilize also implements two technological solutions:
- glide.io: a car-sharing service for all types of customers, based on software tailored to their needs;
- iCabbi: a digitised, automated solution for managing taxi and ride-hailing fleets.
Finally, to create more value and develop new markets, Mobilize collects and processes data from Renault Group connected vehicles in order to produce indicators that meet the needs of the Group’s internal and external partners.
