Optimising occupational safety
The Group has a dedicated department for safety and working conditions. Our HSE (health, safety and environment) department works with all the business lines to set out practical policies and objectives. These specialist teams actively monitor scientific and technical developments relating to health issues.
Our HSE policy in action
01. Electic vehicles: safety training for all stakeholders
Right from the design stage, electric and hybrid vehicle projects place particular emphasis on safety. A range of standard solutions have been implemented including the secure design of high-voltage batteries and locking procedures for installation and maintenance. All those involved follow regular and specific training in collaboration with certified organisations.
Since 2020, over 3,500 people have been trained, of whom 1,000 in 2023 at our production sites.
02. Healthcare: using fewer chemicals
03. Ergonomics: improving workspaces
One Health,
One Company
The global health programme for all our employees

For all our employees the world over, we aim to be a “carmaker” who is also a “care maker”. OneHealth, the Group's health programme, was set up to enable everyone to look after their health and well-being.
Scheduled for worldwide deployment by 2026, the programme is based on four key commitments: act, prevent, protect, support.
OneHealth enables employees to look after their health, by guaranteeing access to a level of healthcare that is at least equal to or better than the standards applicable in each country, with medical check-ups and monitoring, and personalised support in complex personal or professional situations.
