Renault Group is offering you a diverse & immersive graduate program various functions to start & boost your career. The programs consist of 3 rotations across different roles for 2-5 years, depending on the program. The Graduate Programs combines on-the-job learning, group mentoring, bootcamp for soft skills, self-awareness development and various networking events. The goal is to take ownership of your career and unleash your full potential.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for talented graduates who share our passion for life and have the ambition and ability to make an impact on the future of mobility and our company’s transformation.

We are looking for fresh minds, who are open and forward-thinking, willing to make an impact, who challenges preconceptions and who are able to demonstrate a desire to learn.

You’ll need to have a university / master’s degree to apply. Relevant first experience in a related field would be advantageous, although it's not essential.

How to apply?

To make sure you get it right, these are the key steps:

1. You apply on our career site with your CV and wait for our feedback on your application

2. Then the selected candidates are invited to make a video presentation via our online platform (5 to 10 minutes)

3. The last step is the recruitment day. It is a great opportunity to meet our hiring managers & HR and get more insights about our company and program.

The selection will be organized between March – May.
