Launched in January 2021, Renaulution is a roadmap with an ambitious agenda: to restore profitability while inventing a new future. The plan comprises three phases, initiated at the same time: “REsurrection”, “REnovation” and “Revolution”.
The goal: to turn Renault Group into a next gen automotive company.
Presented in January 2021, the Renaulution is about moving the whole company from volumes to value. It is a profound transformation of Renault Group business model. Beyond structurally restoring the Group’s financials and preparing its best line-up in three decades, Renault Group has turned into a new kind of car company: ready for the future, more horizontal, partnering with the best to cover a broader and more diverse value chain.

Launched in January 2021, this phase has brought structural improvements in company performance three years ahead of schedule: cutting fixed costs by €3 billion, halving vehicle development times and lowering the breakeven point by 50%.
