The safety project "Ecole by Art" in Les Mureaux (France):
The Renault Group Foundation offers municipalities (whose history is intimately linked to Renault’s industrial and tertiary establishments) funding to create artistic murals on roadways near schools. These murals encourage drivers to slow down in the area, help reduce the number of accidents involving children and their companions, decrease instances of incivility, and enhance the living environment. The murals in Les Mureaux (Paris region, France) constitute the first realization of this project, located near five schools in the municipality.
