Three vehicles suited to final kilometre delivery

Particularly expensive, last-kilometre delivery accounts for 20% of the total cost of delivery. A cause of city-centre traffic, these deliveries also carry a significant environmental impact, responsible for 25% of all greenhouse gas emissions.
To provide answers to this problem, many European cities have made the decision to limit their city centre to the least polluting vehicles. From April 2019, a low-emission zone will be set up in London. There are currently 53 low-emission zones in Germany that are only accessible to vehicles with green eco-stickers. On the road after 2016, these less polluting vehicles meet Euro 4 or higher standards.
Already used by many companies for last-kilometre deliveries, Renault electric utility vehicles are helping to reduce emissions in urban areas. Let’s take a look at the features of four of our electric utility vehicles.
Kangoo Z.E.: the multi-purpose utility vehicle
The new Renault Kangoo Z.E. has been the best-selling electric van in Europe for the past six years. You can travel up to 200 km on one charge thanks to the battery, the “Z.E. 33” 33 kWh battery, which can also be fully recharged in 6 hours. This utility vehicle is perfect for city deliveries, thanks to its flexibility, turning radius and compact size. Its side and/or rear doors make it easier to load and unload.
With the new Kangoo Z.E., Renault offers a wide range of custom-made versions and adaptations. Frigo or Kangoo Z.E. Pick-up skip. The Kangoo Maxi Z.E., with an extra 2m3 of space. 6m3 is just what you need for your daily rounds in the city.
Master Z.E.: three models for all your needs
The Renault Master Z.E. is a large electric van that offers a range of about 120 km and can also be fully recharged in six hours. Perfect for city deliveries, it comes in three different length and height versions to suit the needs of your business. The Master Z.E. features a practical volume ranging from 8 to 22 m3 depending on its various configurations. It can carry between 1000 and 1100 kilogram loads depending on the model. It also features doors that can open 270 degrees, making it much easier to load and unload.
ZOE Société: a true asset for city deliveries
A fresh take on the Renault ZOE launched in 2016, the new ZOE Société mirrors its predecessor in regard to its compact and well-structured design. With its Z.E.40 battery, you can drive it some 300 km on a single charge. It recharges in about 1 hour 38 minutes at a rapid charging point. The ultimate city car, ZOE is perfectly suited for business use, and especially for city-centre deliveries thanks to its boot that boasts a volume of 338 litres.
