We firmly believe that the well-being and health of our employees are our greatest asset. Also, we are proud to announce the global rollout of the OneHealth program. Designed as one of the pillars of our sustainable development strategy, OneHealth embodies our commitment to the health of our teams around the world.
Safety and health at work: a top priority
As part of our sustainable development strategy, we have set ambitious goals to ensure the safety and health of our employees. Our vision is clear: zero accidents and occupational diseases by 2030. We also aim to ensure health coverage for all our employees that is at least equal to or higher than the standards in force in their country, particularly for cardiovascular diseases and cancer, so that everyone can return home safely. This is one of the priority objectives of OneHealth.

Launched in April 2024 in France, Spain, Brazil and Morocco, OneHealth is now entering a new phase and extending to employees in all other countries where Renault Group is present. This is a further step towards preserving employee health and ensuring employee well-being, a priority for the Group.
