Already awarded five stars in the Euro NCAP crash test, the All-new Clio once again demonstrates its reliability by being awarded Best in Class Supermini this year (with the Audi A1) by the car safety organization.
Despite a more stringent test in 2018, the New Clio achieved top rating thanks to the many driving aids fitted as standard. It boasts, for example, active emergency braking with cyclist and pedestrian detection (AEBS City + Inter Urban + Pedestrian), the Lane Keeping Assistant, Speeding Alert with traffic sign recognition and a safe distance warning.
Thanks to its new modular platform and equipment such as high-volume curtain airbags and seatbelt pretensioners with force limiters, it also has the benefit of increased passive safety to protect everyone, adults and children alike, in the passenger compartment.
As a versatile city car, Clio is the car for Everyman with results at the best level of the market, regardless of the segment.
Packed with technology
Just one more demonstration of the fine qualities of the New Clio, now with a more expressive external design and a fully re-designed interior. 2020 will see greater choice too, with the arrival of a hybrid engine that emphasises Groupe Renault’s electrification strategy. Once inside, you will also find a host of connected technologies and, for even greater safety and comfort, every New Clio will be equipped with advanced driving aids, like the Traffic and Motorway Assistant, a first step on the road to the self-driving car. Making the New Clio the very embodiment of Groupe Renault’s strategic Drive the Future plan.
Concentrated innovation for safer driving every day.
