Renault, the next gen
"voitures à vivre"

As the best-selling French car brand worldwide, Renault has been shaping accessible, ingenious and resolutely modern mobility for over 125 years. At the heart of this ambition, New Clio embodies the essence of meaningful innovation and Renault’s high standards: a redesigned look, a new efficient hybrid range and cutting-edge technologies for all. A pioneer of “voitures à vivre”, Renault continues its transformation with a new generation of electrified models, driven by a clear vision: offering mobility that is ever more sustainable, safer and more human.

01

Next-gen voitures à vivre for everyone

In true Renault tradition, the brand’s models are designed around the onboard experience: intuitive, practical and focused on everyday life.
The new Ingenius armrest, introduced on Scénic E-Tech electric and Rafale, creates a genuine relaxation space in the rear seats. Captur and Austral reinvent interior space with their sliding bench seat, while Kangoo and Espace showcase their versatility and flexibility with 7-seat configurations. Twingo and Symbioz complete this vision of “voitures à vivre” by offering two complementary experiences: one agile and urban, the other family-oriented and modular, both true to Renault’s spirit of ingenuity.

At Renault, innovation is above all useful, accessible and designed with everyone’s safety in mind, notably thanks to groundbreaking systems that help facilitate rescue operations in the event of an accident.

The best of technology for everyone

Renault offers intuitive, practical technologies designed to enhance safety, comfort and onboard experience. The OpenR Link multimedia system with Google built-in simplifies navigation and provides everyday connected services; the Solarbay dimmable glass roof automatically adjusts brightness for optimal comfort; and the numerous driver-assistance systems strengthen occupant protection.
With electric models such as Renault 5 E-Tech electric, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) technology allows energy to be fed back into the home or the power grid, making every vehicle a contributor to the energy transition.

Complementary technologies

A pioneer of electric mobility in Europe, Renault now offers a dual electrified range (full hybrid and 100% electric), designed for all types of uses.

  • E-Tech Hybrid: including Clio (the brand’s bestseller), Captur, Arkana, Austral, Espace and Rafale.
  • E-Tech electric: featuring Renault 5, Renault 4, Mégane, Scénic and Twingo.

Each technology is built on dedicated platforms, ensuring efficiency, range and driving pleasure.

Sustainability at the heart of the strategy

Renault’s sustainability strategy is built on decarbonizing the entire vehicle life cycle, from design to end of life. The models are optimized to be more efficient, lighter and to incorporate an increasing share of recycled or recyclable materials. The production of 100% electric vehicles, relocated to France within the ElectriCity hub (Douai, Maubeuge and Ruitz), benefits from a competitive industrial ecosystem, with 75% of suppliers located within a 300 km radius, promoting short supply chains.

The best-selling French car brand in the world

With its International Game Plan 2027, Renault is accelerating its development around five strategic hubs: Brazil, Turkey, South Korea, Morocco and India. This momentum is driven by a new generation of models designed to meet the needs of international markets. Between 2023 and 2027, the brand will invest €3 billion to launch eight new models outside Europe, including five in the C and D segments. Among them, Renault Boreal, a new C-segment SUV intended for markets outside Europe, embodies the brand’s reaffirmed global ambitions.
