What’s the timeline for applications?
You can apply for us with your CV from 1st of February on our career site and wait for our feedback. Then the selected candidates are invited to make a video presentation via our online platform. The last step is to come our recruitment day and have an interview with our HRBPs and hiring managers and get more insights about our company & program. The selection will be organized between March – June. The graduate program in 2023 will start in September.
Can all nationals apply to the graduate program?
As a diverse and international company, we are open to all candidate background.
What is the structure of the graduate program?
The programs consist of 3 rotations across different roles during 2-5 years, depending on the program. It combines on-the-job learning, group mentoring, bootcamp for soft skills, self-awareness and various networking events.
Will I get to meet other graduates on the program?
Certainly, there will be plenty of opportunity to network and socialize with both new and experienced graduates within Renault Group.

Where will I be based? Will I have the opportunity to travel?
You will initially be based in France. Depending on the program you can be based in the retail network, one of the Renault’s plant or in the headquarter in Paris. There will be possibility to travel to other Renault sites depending on each graduate program.
What type of role will I move into after my graduate program is finished?
Once you come to the end of your Graduate Program you can apply to a diverse panel of job offers in your function or take any opportunity to develop yourself in another function/entity. There are endless opportunities at Renault Group!
